COVID-19 CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY

UPDATE: April 18, 2021

Greece claims it’s opening to tourists from around the world as of May 14, and now there are reports that the country could open up to select visitors (including Americans) as early as next week.

While we can’t take anything as fact until the country does in fact reopen, this is encouraging as we are hoping to travel to Greece in the coming months.

GENERAL CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY

The following policy covers all events organized by Project Resound:

  • For all events, a non-refundable fee of $200 is required to secure your spot and to cover the vetting and advance costs.

  • If you cancel before 90 days of the event date 100% of the payment will be refunded (minus the non-refundable fee).

  • If you cancel within 90 days of the event date 50% of the payment will be refunded (minus the non-refundable fee).

  • If you cancel within 60 days of the event date no refund will be issued.

  • You may transfer your place to another person provided that the transfer is approved and takes place before 90 days of the event date.

FOR ALL EVENTS

Please carefully read the Waiver and Release of Claims form for other issues related to changes in events. The Waiver is shared with all project attendees and signed when booking.

All participants acknowledge that changes in itinerary, location, host or other arrangements may happen with little or no notice before the event date, in response to reasons including but not limited to: weather events, security events, closed borders, public health scares, host or team sickness or injury. Project Resound reserves the right to do so at any time, although we will try our best to make decisions jointly with all participants.

If Project Resound decided to cancel the event, we’ll send the refund to your original payment method, excluding the credit card/bank charges. The transaction charges are deducted by third-party payment processors and non-refundable.

Project Resound shall not be held liable for any other loss resulting from changes or cancellation. If, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, Project Resound is forced to cancel the event, our Terms and Conditions apply.

Project Resound reserves the right to return the deposit and refuse acceptance of the booking at any time, for any reason, at no penalty to us.

Refunds will be issued immediately using your original payment method, once approved, and they usually show up within 3–5 days. In some countries, it can take 15 days up to 2 months for the refund to arrive.

To transfer your ticket or request a refund, submit this form. Please check your inbox for a confirmation email. If you haven't received it, contact us.

Our contact details can be found in each contract, or event confirmation email. If you have any other questions, contact us.

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE We require that you have travel insurance. When you complete the Waiver and Release of Claims form, you guarantee that you have it. We also advise participants to buy cancellation insurance in case of unexpected circumstances before departure.
